My hubby LOVES to Snowboard...growing up in UT he went often. While we were driving up to The Ridge that first day I had looked over at him. He had a HUGE grin on his face! I asked him why and he said, "Well, I think your Grandpa Shaw knew what he was doing when he picked this place as his timeshare!" Tyler was thrilled about it all...I was naive about it all until we were actually there! This place was RAD! Thank you Grandpa!
The Ridge is at the tippy top of the Mountain....hence the reason it's called The Ridge.
We rented out a 1bd 1br suite and stayed for 2 nights. After how awesome we saw this all was we had wished we stayed a week! The kitchen came fully stocked with a dining table. The couch pulled out into a bed for the boys.
We had 2 flat screen TVs, granite everywhere and gorgeous views!
Our bedroom also had a TV which came in handy. Once the boys were down to bed we would relax after a long day and watch a movie...you could rent movies in the club house! Also our bed was a sleep number bed!!! Can life get any better???
Our nice bathroom with a BIG tub! Another nice thing about our suite is it had stackable washer/dryer. I used it to dry towels...worked out perfect!
In our building on the 4th floor there was a Jacuzzi, sauna room and BBQ grills!
There were 2 swimming pools at The Ridge. One was under construction so we couldn't use it, but we for sure swam in the other!
I love this picture of Kai.
The view at the pool was awesome!
They also had mini golf for us to play! Kai loved it so much he cried every day every hour that we were there to go back!
There was a kids zone in the club house! Pool tables, air hockey, arcades, ping pong tables, movie theater room and racket ball rooms...we utilized it all!!!
One of the days we were there we drove down to the lake. We stopped at Pope Beach for a while. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave!
Some Yoga on the beach.
We shopped around at the Heavenly Shopping center...Gondolas behind us!
We took this picture for our friend, Robby. Tyler was teasing him! I think he'll understand.
This was such a FUN trip...next time it would be fun to bring some friends or family with us to enjoy this awesome experience! We can't wait to do it again...maybe in the winter next time?! Thank you SO much Aunt Karen and Uncle Larry for giving us this opportunity to have such a great mini vacation! We love you guys!
